LOCAL DELIVERIES: All deliveries are charged at £5. We deliver Monday to Saturday and offer a same day delivery service at no extra cost. Your flowers will be personally delivered to the door by one of our drivers.
We cover Blandford Forum, Castle Cary, Gillingham, Henstridge, Mere, Shaftesbury, Shillingston, Stalbridge, Sturminster Newton, Templecombe, Tisbury, Warminster, Wincanton (and all of the areas in between!). If you want to check that we can deliver to your area, please give us a call on 01747 835544.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: We are able to arrange flowers to be delivered anywhere! Please call us on 01747 835544 to discuss.
If the recipient is not home when we try to deliver, we will leave a card through the door so that collection of the arrangement can be made. You will have the option to provide a delivery instruction when you place the order.
Why don’t my flowers look exactly the same as the picture on your website?
Our stock of flowers is dependent upon availability and may change with the seasons, so we cannot always match the flowers shown in our pictures. However, we can assure you that we only use the finest and freshest stock and no arrangement will leave the shop unless we are confident that it looks its very best.

What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy lasts 7 days and only applies to non-perishable items and does not include flowers and plants. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us as soon as you are aware there is a problem with your product either by telephone 01747 835544 or email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will speak directly to you, call you or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us as above.
Unfortunately only full price, non-sale items can be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Orchard Florist is open Monday to Saturday between 9am and 3pm.
What are the terms of the discount codes for your online shop?
If you receive a discount code for the website, the minimum spend is £20 and a flower arrangement must form part of your order.
