Diced Pork Recipe
I cooked this for my wife last week – it took me twenty minutes from start to finish. She liked it so much she finished off the washing-up!
Serves 2 people
- 6-8oz (170-227g) diced pork
- 1 chopped leek
- 2oz (50g) chopped mushrooms
- 2oz. cream, single or double
- Grainy Mustard
- Vegetable oil
- ½ cup of wine or stock (chicken or vegetable)
- Salt & Pepper
- Knob of butter
- Rice
- Green vegetable
